Cancellation Policy
All cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to EEI at nkaworkshop@eei.org. Requests for refunds received in writing to EEI by Wednesday, September 23, 2026, will be honored. No refunds will be honored after September 23. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
