Security Notice

The safety and security of our attendees is a top priority. To help ensure a secure environment for all participants, attendees are required to wear their official conference badge at all times while participating in conference activities. Badges are non-transferable and may not be shared or used by anyone other than the registered attendee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to EEIInvestorrelations@eei.org. 

Cancellations received on or before September 14, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received between September 14, and October 12, will receive a refund minus a $400 processing fee. No refunds will be provided on or after October 13. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

No-shows are responsible for the full conference registration fee.

Please note, all registrations will be reviewed to determine eligibility. Any ineligible registrations are subject to cancellation of both the registration and hotel reservation.
